1.About This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by pak5x in connection with the operation of the pak5x platform at pak5x.net, including all associated games, betting services, payment processing, customer support interactions, and marketing communications.

By registering on pak5x, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan as described in this section. pak5x will not transfer your data to any jurisdiction that does not provide adequate data protection standards without implementing appropriate safeguards.

10.Data Retention

pak5x retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction for regulatory compliance purposes.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of activity for dispute resolution and responsible gaming review purposes.
• Customer support records: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the final interaction in each support case.
• Marketing preference records: Retained until the Player withdraws consent or requests deletion, after which a suppression record is maintained to prevent future unsolicited marketing.

• Right to restriction: You may request that pak5x restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while a dispute about data accuracy is being resolved.
• Right to data portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, you may request that pak5x provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data where pak5x relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, and where your individual circumstances justify such an objection.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

pak5x will respond to all valid data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. Where a request is complex or voluminous, pak5x may extend this period by a further 60 days, with prior notification to the requester. pak5x reserves the right to verify the identity of the requester before processing any data subject request.

12.Security Measures

pak5x takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements a range of technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:
